The Risks of Using a User Forum for Sourcing Ideas

We are not a idea box which you could just put your ideas in and we're developing them. We really rely on having a discussion with all our members and the VIMLA staff to really sort of concretize, okay, do you want feature A or is it more like feature B? And then we sort of iterate that a bit and then we come up, okay, this is the suggestion. It's very good to move solutions, but the solution is just a solution to a problem.
