The Importance of Engagement in Dao's

I think the thing that most people miss when they look at Dao's from the outside is this game that is being played within these communities to actually figure out what to work on, how to approach things. It takes so many different decisions that are being made that are both trying to be optimized for an impact in the short term, but also position the organization for the long term. The engagement with our engaged contributors and community members really helped to shape that. What I'm hearing from you here is sort of like this reshaping of like, well, how do we go do that in a more accessible and a better way?
