The Commitment to the Path to the Movie
When a choice is made everybody commits to it and goes down that path like there's not a lot of but this or this is what I said or I told you. It could work brilliantly or it could expose a billion other problems right or it just doesn't work and then you have to pivot and commit to something else so it takes a lot of energy as a group as a person to always committing fully everyone right to what the plan is.
