I was just reading a quote from Ben Franklin said, most people die at 25, but they're buried at 70. And I think that's becoming much more true. But yeah, and I think we've we've gaslit the American patient, you know, it's trust the science. It's in the fate in the face of 50% of Americans having prediabetes or diabetes 93% being metabolic and dysfunctional. We should absolutely not be listening to our doctor when it comes to preventing chronic conditions. The idea that the health care system deserves any benefit of the doubt is just belied by any data.
