Make It Easier, Make It Matter or Let It Go
Step five is to categorize as you look at your list of what's happening. Make it easier, make it matter or let it go. I love using three different colored highlighters for this. So like with a line or a dot or whatever, like somehow visually see the things that you're going to make matter. Like meal planning for the whole month or not really cleaning your house in the ways that you normally do and get store bought cookies instead of making them yourself.
