Ukrainian morale could not be higher. They were just watching the events over the weekend with amazement and amusement. Disarray in the military chain of command on the Russian side gives them an advantage to their counter offensive. That spells trouble for the Russians because they are not able to respond to these kinds of threats, especially if the threats have weapons from the West backed up against that.
