Get some paper, and you'll probably need a whole pad, and write down everything you do for your kids - even the little ones. Then look at the things that they can do. Part of they need some help with, but ben, especially younger kids, we call that an education scaffolding. And it gives parents a chance step back and let kids have more independence and do do more for themselves.
