Michelle: I want to make sure that it's low maintenance. We are putting between 20 and 25% down for all of them. So they all have mortgages, as scary as that sounds. But generally just small and easy to rent, easy to maintain is our criteria. And we contribute to our HSA every year since I figured out what that was two years ago.
