The SEC's Action Against Binance

This week is momentous because we, I think as an industry saw that there was going to be some action coming against the two major exchanges. So it came all at once as things tend to happen in crypto. The Binance case feels more serious on the misappropriation of funds than the coin base one. Because it involves a lot of commingling of funds, it feels closer to the FTX is a bottom line. And so they also make the claim that a lot of the funds like CZ kind of controlled really and there was sort of this puppet show, if you will.
