Is the Pension for Enlisted Personnel Different From Officers?

I love what I do in the US Navy. I love my job. And there was no way that I was going to leave before 20 years. So it just, it was a no brainer for me. But at the time that Matt and I had met, I'd already had almost 15 years in the Navy so it wasn't really an option to leave. You have to do 10 years as an officer to get an officer pension. Once you hit that 10 year mark, then you qualify to receive the pension at your officer rate. Then it'll be the highest that you were paid over three years.
