Do You Want to Manage People? I Don't Have Any Plans.
I didn't want to manage people. That kept me from finding help, finding people who could potentially take the load of my shoulders and allow me to focus on the things that I actually should have focused on. The perfect type of developer that I want to work with, I just throw them on the ideas, some mockups. But they don't really need to ask any, you know, feedback on those tiny little stuff. And in terms of how they can implement it, they don't have to say anything to me.
