Northern Ireland During the Second World War

Joint event is where we partner on an equal basis with an institution of where we provide a certain amount of funding and support. At this particular joint event, the theme will be Northern Ireland during the Second World War with a special focus on the Belfast area. Particular topics will be the Belfast Blitz which was one of the most costly events in terms of human life in modern Irish history. And at this particular event, we would be asking people from both communities to come to us with their respective war stories.
