Do You Have a Meal Plan?

I do think everyone should follow a meal plan at some point just to build this knowledge of what you're actually eating and what's in different foods. Also I think as you said doing some kind of calorie or diet audit periodically is really smart so yeah again that circles back to that first principle of consistency versus precision where if you're really consistent then a lot of the stuff becomes less essential and consistency isn't always a good thing.
