With 75 hard, I have to do two workouts a day and one of those workouts normally is a walk. That is one of my times throughout the day that I make sure that I am being mindful and just immersing myself in what I'm doing. When you're living inside of your mind and you're worrying about the past and the future, you're putting more stress on your body than it needs to be.
