I want to grow and be successful. You cannot dream, you cannot theoreticize, you cannot manifest success, but you can engineer it. So the first thing i learned was that you have to have key performance indicators that you analyze. We were trained how to how to majestically, diplomatically, non offensively, extract money's od while maintaining good will. That may sound real easy, but it's not. The next thing i did when i was in the sales business i learned three or four different lessons in each in each endeavor.
