The History of Smallpox

In the 18th century, a British general decided to use smallpox to help destroy some tribes in North America. With this devastation, Cortez and the Spanish were able to conquer the peoples of Central America with just 1,000 soldiers. But it was an accident, the Spanish didn't mean to spread to smallpox. No one has caught smallpox for over 50 years because scientists worked out how to create a vaccine.
