Stamp collectors have been unhappy about the new design. It makes it look as if the queen is being edged out of te frame by computer code. The royal maile do say, and that the new design was oved by buckingham palace. They've actually included a fake perforation in the design so it looks like the queen is on a separate piece of paper to the code - although she is not.
