strategic ambition is really about that, that license to the Explorer. Not every corporate Explorer has the benefit of a CEO or senior team that really states this. Many have to figure it out for themselves. Ajay Bangar when he was CEO of Mastercard said, our job at Mastercard is to kill cash. And we want to wage a war on cash and convert as many transactions to digital as we can. It's essentially the same whether you are in a corporate or in a startup. How do you generate ideas that solve the customer problem? How do you incubate, do the test and learn experimentation to find out if your solution actually satisfies the customer?"
