The Immensity of Jerusalem on a Rock

i'm always struck by the fact that when jesus talks about rocks, and right in the background is jerusalem perched on a rock. The rebuilding of the city enabled the place of worship to be restored. And so when you build one's house upon a rock, yes, it has kind of domestic imprecations,. but there is also that sense of religious and communal and corporate implication. It's an identity. This gives you, europe your meaning and purpose in life.
