Cross Functional Is the Sea

Pace is the acronum for problem focus, or progress focus. Teams should be accountable for the end outcome where people are actually making progress in their problems. Sometimes i like to say we put the cross functional in cross function because it's a buzz word. But you can, you can put that label on a lot of teams that aren't actually working that way on the ground.
