I think I liked the thought of being elderly when I was a child. Wisdom, respect. A lot of children are drawn to grandparents. But you're not aware so much of the immanence of death. That's definitely the downside of being old. You could be old for like a few months, like a dying your hair. And then go back to being middle aged and then young for another year. The irreversibility of the various manifestations of decrepitude and the immanENCE of death is. That's the massive. This isn't speculation. This is reality. It's happening now.
