Workplace Drama

I think in execution, there's like a weird blurred line, especially with cokers whom you work closer with or who are more your age. You don't want to be someone's white right? Right? As that can in tern make that other prison feel like, oh, i just opened up to you and you're going to like, shut it down. So i think you have to be sneaky. Y, i think work place drama sometimes is pretty inevitable. But sometimes you might just be really lucky that there's very minimal drama in your department... It's a tough, tough situation to handle, to even think about, honestly.
