What Is the Difference Between the US and the British?
In charleston it was more difficult to separate the british than in boston. They prided themselves on saying that, because they weren't engaged i quite as much trade, they wod in a different kind of trade. You would send your tobacco, you had to send it to england, then they would triple the price and sell it to france. This was very important for the britISH because they got a lot of money on it. Th american farmers didn't get so much in proportion, but there were enough of them so that they did th e produced some wealth te.
