How to Build a Successful SDR Team

Alan, I feel a lot of business leaders don't necessarily understand what they want from their SDR team. And that can be a problem for new SDRs community business. The more important thing to talk about maybe in terms of preventing that is what needs to be in place before you even look to bring on an SDR. We could talk about skill sets and what makes a good SDR, but I mean, if those folks that you bring in aren't set up for success, you're going to run into a lot of challenges.
