How to Jump on Different Horses
If you jump on two completely different horses, do both of your affordances change? So if I get on a horse that's an incredibly powerful, well-schooled show jumper, that's jumping so grandpa. It probably not like me very much. Because my skill set, I would probably be making too much noise and be too wobbly and too disruptive. A good example of this actually, a friend of mine was learning to ride on one of my horses, which I could jump a metre quite happily on. But she wouldn't really jump any higher.
