I'm always like, but exactly how little can i do? My doctor has laid out the limits for me. As long as you don't pass out, i don't take your time. I'll be so embarrassed. They seem to be really embarrassed afterwards when they do that. But i also cannot stomach a person that tells other people how to do it. So specifically, my problem, it drives me insane.
