There's a place on the border between detroit, michigan and windsor, ontario where there's this hum. No one knows for sure what the sound is or what's making it, but it keeps people up at night. The sound even has a facebook group with over two thousand members who speculate what might be causing it. Similar hums have been reported around the world.
