How Did the Pendemic Make You Stressed?

It was difficult to train during the pendemic. The stress overlowd which can lead to things like panic attacks and intense feelings of anxiety, feeling that made it really difficult to train. But based on our research, i could just ease off on the intensity and put in the duration. So i was still training, just at a lower intensity, and i was able to maintain my fitness and increase my distances for this indurance race.
