The Layers Are Dissolving Agents
From a very early age, we're having experiences that we resist. We don't understand them. So they get laid down inthem in the deepest layers of our mindaan. This storehouse of uncomfortable feelings is then also translated into tensions in the body. And this early troma, it builds up in us in the mind, corresponding counterpart in the body and so on. To use our analogy of othing, it's like layer after layer afterlayer after layer of clothing. But the i am before it is qualified by the content of experience s we make there,. That acts as a kind of dissolving agent. The layers are gradually dissolved.
