Almida: I thought when i started that is pretty good at managing. As soon as you get hit the and i had no idea what to do. The biggest weakness of a lot of managers is that they jump straight into how to manage without first thinking, well, what's the right answer in terms of the object level problem we're trying to solve? Do whatever research you need to do to find that answer. And then a thing that i think is really important, at least how we function, is having a company culture that that is what matters,. That's what we care about, that's what eregoing to push on.
