I try to put at least one benefit if it's not like a blaneant. I have questions, are you still interested in selling? I have those where they fit, but it's probably like one or two out of every sequence. But every other one is I have at least one benefits because I'm trying to remind them of what we can offer for them. So when I say our repair free offer, that is a benefit right there. It's subtle, it's very sly. It's a reminder, hey, it's repair free. They make it a vacant house to actually put it on the market. There could be subliminal messages behind commercials and voicemail scripts
