How to Correct Glucose Control?
A lot of people approach blood work as if it's just a recipe book. Selenium activates an enzyme inside the cell called GPX1. If we have a lot of selenium, selenium activates GPX1 in the cell. When hydrogen peroxide is low, that is not good for blood glucose control. So when you ask me to improve blood glucose control, that can go in many different directions that have fricking nothing to do with carbohydrates.
