The Call of the Priest
Frida Ghitis: The first task of priests in the West is to find all those who have wandered from the church. She says there's a worldly kingdom based upon what Augustine called the libido dominandi, the lust to dominate. Ghitis: Maybe you right now are feeling that call. Don't ignore it. Respond to it. Go and make the proclamation, the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
