How Much Time Do You Spend on Twitter?

Jocko: Did you put some kind of self limitations as far as the amount of time you spend on Twitter? Darryl: I usually, well, lately since things have been going on with Elon, like these releases and stuff, I'll check it like once a day. Jocko: What triggered you to take a few months off? Were you just going insane? No, I think it was taking more time than I wanted it to take. And plus I just feel like it, it does not improve in the as a human being.
