Signs and Symptoms of Body Dysmorphic Disorder

The author was diagnosed with body dysmorphic disorder in the past couple of years. As a child, she felt like she was bigger than other kids and that there was something off about her appearance. She learned more about it after talking to therapists but still feels very self-conscious today.
