How Humans Thought About Time Before Life?
Before industrialization, people didn't think of time as a thing separate to them. In the mediaeval period, for example, you milked the cows when the cows needed milking and harvested the crops when the crops needed harvesting. This kind of orientation towards time is probably much more what we would call a sort of peaceful and calm than in today's world.
