Is There a Spark That Motivates a Particular Project?

I was leading a discipleship program in Seattle for Christian professionals, many of them in the tech industry. We found that we didn't have songs and prayers and liturgies that were really engaging their working lives. And so we needed something, right? At one time I had asked Corey to come and lead a weekend retreat and he started to teach them how to write your own song about work. It was really through those conversations of needing to innovate a worship service for workers that really got us into this.
