The Importance of Developing a Taste for Food

I find that when you are used to let's go to the processed foods go to the high sugar high salt stuff and that I want people to hear is you really develop a taste for clean food. People think they have to eat like a rabbit or it's super boring and they're just not doing it right if they're doing it this way. Every food you eat is either feeding feeding inflammation or fighting it there's no neutral food that's doing nothing for your biochemistry. With enough time and consistency you can start to really feel good and feed your body the raw materials it needs to make a healthy brain, help to feel your body from an energy standpoint and to lower inflammation.
