Is There a Difference Between a Single Product and a Multiple Product?

I feel like there's two types of successful people in our sort of indie community that I see and I've seen people flip between them. Like Marco Armand Curtis Herbert they have a single product and it's just intense super focused on that one thing but then you David Smith who has lots of different ideas executed well. One of the things that really makes you stand out is the fact that you can have an idea very very quickly iterate on it and get something out there and get feedback on it really quickly.
