How to Capture Jobs and Tax Base for Big Multinational Companies?

I think there was talk for a little while about some of these big multinationals like having a global tax. And inevitably you're going to be violating somebody's law without realizing it. That is what's concerning to me. You know, I may be again being naive here, but I think a lot of companies or most companies indeed want to comply with the law.
