How Do You Feel at 3000 Calories a Day?
If you were a client of mine this is what it would look like i would follow maps power lift the goal would be to get north of 3500 calories a day and not putting on any body fat. I'd kind of mess with it over the course of two to three months giving you these little mini cuts just to show you the hard work that you're doing and see your body composition change but then really the focus is let's get that metabolism up as much as we can.
