Meditation and Mindfulness

A regular practice of meditation gives me the ability to step back and with a sense of humour, observe my crazy thinking. I think that's actually something the indigram great andigrandmasters have always taught. It takes only about 30 hours of practising silence and solitude, contemplative spirituality, or mind ness,. And that doesn't mean we're being less active. It means we are being less reactive to life.
