You should always do something that takes a little bit out of your comforts. For muscle building, there are three things that matter: calories, protin and progressive overload. If you keep it steady, it's not going to caus like optima musslgir so iave says. And the second question is, what other domains does that apply to as well? Like, for instance, if you're learning a language,. Are you ultimately not going to get much better at the language? I'm not sure i would say yes.
