The Importance of Identity in the Book of Exodus
Only Israelites only those that have been circumcised that the outside flesh has been removed are allowed to participate in this identity. No foreigner may eat it any slave you brought may bought may eat it after you have circumcised him but a temporary resident or hard worker may not eat it he must be.
