Ben Haggerty: I think art is a weapon of resistance and that if I'm just using hip hop as like a stepping stone or just for personal gain, or I'm just hoarding the money that I make of hip hop and not putting it back into community. What did you do with your platform when you had it? And did you coast? Did you just get comfortable and put your feet up? Or did you continue to challenge yourself, the system, your own creativity, your own inner demons and battles and, and push through and make art that actually means something?
