The speed came from the fact that even thouh you ad a lot of variety from a customers point of yew, looking at a very varied menu, it was really the same thing over and over again. The other part of it from the quality. And something i've learned from them is that they are very now in the recipe and being right. Soe it's just being smart. You know what's important, what's not important, and what's important,. They don't deviate from tewhat's not important.
