The Power of Enough

There's so much research on what type of expenditures tend to make us happy versus those that don't. My wife and I have a standing babysitter every Saturday night. It is by far, I think our largest luxury expenditure. But it's also one that creates time for ourselves. There's a lot of research that giving to charity creates research that finding ways to make it a treat creates a lot of happiness.
