The WTA's 20% Cutoff for Pneumothorases
The American College of Chest Position suggests that we measure the distance between the parietal and the visceral plurals at the apex. For medical pneumothorases if it's more than 3 centimeters it's what consists in large pneumothorase. In trauma we don't have such guidelines. There are papers that suggest that maybe two centimeters at the apex is a good cutoff to use but it's not something that's used ubiquitously or based on solid evidence.
