How Do You Respond to Anxiety?
We can live ideals inwardly in the tone of voice we use. What would it mean to warmly greet this anxiety that shows up or this embarrassment or shame? How could you greet it in a way that is saying it's good that you're here? I thought you would show up. This makes sense. Come on in, I'm making room for you." We want to be learning how to not get into the trap of just satisfying our emotions by giving into them.
