Women's employment has returned back to pre-pandemic levels a little bit more than nail earnings have. Even during the pandemic, the share of women managers, senior managers increased. In business, I think there's good evidence that having more diverse top teams is good for those companies. Having a good mix of backgrounds and mindsets is good in top teams. And so there's a stock, there is a business case for diversity. It doesn't necessarily have to be the CEO, of course. But I'm just seeing the pipeline is getting bigger, is getting better and better. The trend lines are going the right way. So it's important not only to look at the level
